Recognizing esteemed Customer Excellence Award recipients for Honda Canada as conventional plaques/ recognition failed to make a significant or emotional impact because the plaque didn't meet the 'image' standards of a modern Honda dealership.
SOLUTIONS
Crafting plaques from car paint, notably Honda Red car paint. Two plaques were created: one traditional paint, the other official Honda Red car paint, offering a unique and captivating acknowledgment method. The plaque could be proudly displayed and talked about to customers and employees because it naturally blended into the Honda dealership environment.
RESULTS
Pat Doyle's solution sparked excitement, with dealers proudly displaying distinctive plaques, sharing them on social media, and local media engagements and engaging customers in conversations about Honda Canada's excellence.
